- Manage end-to-end recruitment from factory workers to executives; develop sourcing; employer branding; partner with leaders for workforce planning.
- Design frameworks aligned with objectives; equip managers with tools; coaching; monitor outcomes for talent insights.
- Develop succession pipelines & leadership programs; integrate talent processes across Agrinesia; Asthanesia; mobilize talent for strategic projects.
- Lead job evaluation; review; optimize organization structures; design scalable structures; facilitate change management initiatives.
- Work closely with Head of HR, CTO, Business Leaders, Holding Company’s Capability Team (L&D, Project Management).
Kompetensi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, OD, or HR, with at least 3–5 years in managerial roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, competency-based selection, and employer branding.
- Proven experience in organization development, culture building, and leadership programs.
- Familiarity with HR systems (ATS, HRIS) and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive strategic initiatives.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
