Kompetensi

1. Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture Engineering or Interior Design.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar field.
3. Strong understanding of material and finishing specifications.
4. Familiar with fit-out work processes for retail malls and standalone projects.
5. Proficient in drawing software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
6. Good understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) work specifications.
