- Deploy and execute trade marketing and promotion programs including trade promo, consumer promo, sampling, SPG, and POSM.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales and Marketing team, ensuring clear, timely, and complete communication of all new program mechanisms, objectives, and execution guidelines.
- Conduct initial post-mortem evaluation for all executed programs and promotions, tracking key metrics such as Sales Uplift, Cost, Basket Size.
- Contribute to design and development of all trade marketing and promotion programs.
- Perform market and competition research including monitor and document competitor promotional activities, pricing, and strategies within the trade environment and prepare reports for management review.
- Provide valuable field feedback and data to the Trade Marketing Manager to inform the development of annual and quarterly trade marketing strategies.
Kompetensi
- 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing and Promotion, experience in multi-brand bakery chain or retail is a plus.
- Direct experience in consumer promo deployment and management
- Understand promo economics, mechanics, depth, ROI, cannibalization and price-pack architecture basics
- Advanced in analytical reporting and translating data into actionable trade and promotion strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end promotional cycles from planning to deployment, ensuring consistency and quality (flawless execution) across multiple retail points.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheet, familiarity with PowerBI is an advantage.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
