Tugas dan tanggung jawab
  1. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories such as Commercial, Marketing and Promotion, IT, facilities management, professional services, and travel.
  2. Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  3. Manage supplier relationships, including monitoring performance, resolving issues, and fostering collaboration to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance and support throughout the procurement process.
  5. Analyze market trends, conduct market research, and stay informed about industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  6. Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  7. Monitor and track procurement KPIs and metrics, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management on procurement performance and initiatives.
  8. Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to support organizational goals and initiatives related to procurement and supply chain management.
Kompetensi
  1. Proven experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity in indirect procurement roles, preferably in a retail, F&B, or manufacture environment.
  2. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  3. Proficiency in procurement software and systems especially with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement tools is preferred.
  4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  5. Ability to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain optimization.
  6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Adaptability and resilience in dealing with changing business requirements and market conditions.
  8. Leadership qualities, including team management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
