- Market analysis and market potential over a 1 year period.
- Assist the Marketing Director in compiling a Business Plan including Yearly Sales Forecast and P/L Planning
- Helps to ensure consumer targets, segmentation, targeting, positioning can be communicated consistently, and becomes the basis for advertising and media agencies in planning marketing communications
- Help monitor the profitability of each product/brand
- Collaborate with creative advertising agencies and/or media buying agencies to determine communication strategies.
- Together with the Marketing Director, work together with the Marketing Research Department and/or R&D to conduct market research, either carried out internally by the company or using a Research Agency to see brand performance and market potential that can be maximized
- Carry out continuous evaluations (including ATL and BTL) to ensure brands, new brands and product mixes are in line with market developments and demands.
- Together with the Trade Marketing team, create promotional programs in stores, together with the Supply chain team, monitor the fulfillment of orders from the sales team.
- Creating consumer pull with the BTL team, collaborating with the sales team to develop the market with appropriate programs
- Assisting with product development, pricing, and new product launches for developing new business opportunities
- Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
- Communicate brand personality and company's foundational ideas to consumer
Kompetensi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Economics, Advertising & Management Studies, or other related studies.
- At least 5 years in brand management/ related field
- Experience as Senior Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager minimum 2 years
- Experience in food manufacture or FMCG industry
- Have s strong relationship management skills and excellent communication through brand awareness
- Have good communication skills, data analysis, creative thinking, able to work in a team
