- Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business needs.
- Analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Develop and manage ETL processes using SSIS or similar tools to ensure the smooth extraction, transformation, and loading of data.
- Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot any data issues.
- Automate reporting and improve efficiency in data processes.
- Provide support and training for team members on data tools and reporting best practices.
- Continuously improve reporting processes, automation, and system integration.
Kompetensi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Power BI, including report/dashboard development and data visualization.
- At least 1 year of experience using SSIS or similar ELT/ETL tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data from relational databases.
- Experience with data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and data integration processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms, AI/ML applications for data analysis and automation
- Familiarity with other data tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or similar.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R.
