- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance customer engagement and sales
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operation teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all online channels.
- Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content that resonates with target audiences, ensuring brand consistency.
- Enhance the online shopping experience by identifying areas for improvement in navigation, layout, and user experience.
- Manage budgets for online marketing campaigns and ensure optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Prepare regular reports on channel performance and present findings to stakeholders.
Kompetensi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Has at least 5 years of experience in online channel management or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee and TikTok) and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent with implementation of SEO/SEM strategies.
