Tugas dan tanggung jawab
  • Develop and implement a strategic channel plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the channel responsible for and other opportunities channel.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners that align with our business objectives and brand values.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute partner enablement programs, including training, marketing support, and sales tools tailored to the market.
  • Monitor channel performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, including insights on market trends, channel, shopper behaviour, on ground activities and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate and manage partner agreements, including pricing, terms, and conditions, to maximize profitability and market penetration.
  • Work closely with the Brand team to ensure channel partners are well-informed about new product launches, promotions, and updates.
  • Resolve any partner-related issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner, maintaining the highest level of customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform channel strategy and tactics.
Kompetensi
  • Experience in channel sales within the FMCG, retail & other related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful channel partnerships in FMCG, retail, distribution & other related.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and best practices in the consumer goods sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, analytical tools, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with trade promotions, inventory management, and supply chain dynamics in FMCG & other related industries.
