- Planning, coordination and execution of internal audits/inspections
- Develop SOP to control food safety & quality system according to the approved standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP, FSSC)
- Design a quality development for process income material
- Responsible for maintaining proper application of regulatory compliance (BPOM/ Halal Certification)
Kompetensi
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Food Technology, Nutrition or equivalent (food-related major)
- At least 5 years experience in Food Safety Management System Implementation
- Experience in food manufacture or FMCG industry
- Required skill (s) = Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs
- Know to implement Total Quality Management (TQM)
