1. Develop packaging design and specifications for new and existing products.
2. Create technical drawings and dielines using design software such as Adobe Illustrator.
3. Select suitable packaging materials and coordinate sampling with suppliers.
4. Conduct packaging quality testing and ensure compliance with production standards.
5. Create and maintain packaging specification documents.
6. Collaborate with Marketing, Procurement, Production, and for packaging implementation.
7. Drive improvements in material usage, cost efficiency, and packaging performance.

Kompetensi

1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience in packaging development is an advantage — fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Knowledge of food packaging materials (paperboard, plastic films, laminates, sachet materials, etc.).
4. Ability to create technical drawings/dielines using Adobe Illustrator or similar graphic software.
5. Basic understanding of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, food-grade packaging) is preferred.
6. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
7. Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
8. Creative mindset with strong interest in packaging design and innovation.
