- Developing and implementing brand and marketing strategies that align with the company's vision and business objectives.
- Leading and mentoring the high-performance marketing team and fostering a collaborative and respectful culture.
- Defining the brand positioning and messaging to differentiate the company with the competitors.
- Conducting market analysis to identify trends, insights, competitive landscape and using these finding to form strategic marketing plans.
- Supporting product development by bringing local insights and test the products in local market.
- Introducing branding strategies and involved in the ATL and BTL initiatives.
- Achieving and maintaining market leadership in the business.
- Executing a strong internal and external communications with all stakeholders to develop clear market positioning.
- Developing short-term and long-term plans and budgets for overall marketing programs to be in line with the company's objectives.
- Managing the marketing budget and ensuring collaborative allocation of the resources to maximisze the ROI.
- Monitor the profitability of each product/brand in the portfolio so that you can quickly anticipate any deviations or changes.
- Introducing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the brand initiatives and campaigns.
Kompetensi
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- Has at least 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles (GM/Head of Marketing/Marketing Manager /Senior Brand Manager level).
- Solid track record in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Goods industries.
- Experience managing multiple brands, both heritage and new brands.
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital) with measurable impact.
- Familiar with category management, market research, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience in marketing budget ownership and P&L responsibility.
- Hands-on experience in leading marketing teams, with evidence of building high-performing, collaborative cultures.
- Solid understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and local insights.
- Demonstrated ability to lead 360-degree marketing planning and execution.
- Expertise in brand positioning, portfolio management, and innovation go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to read and interpret market data, competitive analysis, and ROI metrics.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of profitability and cost control.
- Collaborative and communicative, with ability to influence across departments (Sales, R&D, Operations, etc.).
