Tugas dan tanggung jawab

1. Lead Graphic Designer team and workflow designer
2. Design product packaging (box, pouch, label, etc.) from concept to final artwork
3. Ensure designs meet production standards (print-ready, dieline, material compatibility)
4. Collaborate with the team to generate new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns and marketing communications.
5. Monitor and supervise the production and execution of creative projects.
6. Studying the latest trends in the creative industry and ensuring that the creative team always adopts the latest practices.

Kompetensi

1. Bachelor’s degree in design communication visual, communications or related field.
2. Has at least preferably 5-8 years of experience in a similar role as a Packaging Designer or Art Director in Agency
3. Skilled in sketching to create illustration
4. Mastering Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and mockup software (C4D/Blender is a plus).
5. Strong understanding of packaging structure, materials, printing and finishing (embossing, spot UV, etc.)
6. must have strong portfolio in packaging design
