Build & maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with key clients or B2B customer
Understand the customer’s business, goals, and requirement to provide tailored solutions
Develop & execute account plans to grow sales revenue and ensure customer retention
Identify new business opportunities within existing account and penetration to another channel
Plan and execute effective promotional campaign and activation to drive sales in selected channel or account
Collaborating with Trade Marketing, Sales Team, and Product Team to address and resolve customer feedback
Prepare regular reports on account status (Lead Management) and sales performance
Kompetensi
Min 2 years B2B Experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of FMCG/Retail Management
