Kompetensi

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficient in supply chain software and ERP systems.
5. Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is beneficial.
