1. Deliver “Best Fit” manufacturing technologies for Agrinesia’s plant expansion and optimization, supporting R&D – NPD projects and marketing activities.

2. Standardize processes, equipment, facilities, and energy consumption in alignment with PQCDSM (productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and morale) principles and project management practices.

3. Develop an Engineering Center of Competence.

4. Support manufacturing operations by providing troubleshooting expertise through the Engineering Department.

5. Automate existing processes and manage Cost Reduction Projects (CRP).

Kompetensi

1. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, basic PLC programming, and English communication.

2. Strong understanding of detailed technical manufacturing processes (upstream and downstream).

3. Knowledge of utility systems and basic environmental processes.

4. Familiarity with general industrial safety standards.

5. Understanding of general financial and legal processes.
