- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories such as MRO, Capex, commercial, IT, facilities management, professional services, and travel.
- Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Manage supplier relationships, including monitoring performance, resolving issues, and fostering collaboration to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance and support throughout the procurement process.
- Analyze market trends, conduct market research, and stay informed about industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Monitor and track procurement KPIs and metrics, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management on procurement performance and initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to support organizational goals and initiatives related to procurement and supply chain management.
Kompetensi
- Min. bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity in indirect procurement roles, preferably in F&B or manufacture environment.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and systems especially with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement tools is preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Adaptability and resilience in dealing with changing business requirements and market conditions.Leadership qualities, including team management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
