- Manage and optimize all organic and paid digital channels across online platforms, including Meta Ads, GMV Max (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads), SEM, Affiliate, and SEO.
- Optimize marketplace sales performance, including PDP quality, keyword search, promotions, vouchers, ranking, CTR, and CVR.
- Execute acquisition and retargeting strategies to increase conversion rates and repeat orders.
- Conduct competitor research and perform A/B testing for ads and creatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, e-commerce, marketplace, operations) to ensure target achievement.
- Monitor digital operational metrics such as stock levels, pricing, ratings/reviews, campaign execution, and budget utilization.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous optimization.
Kompetensi
- Min. 2–3 years of experience in Digital Performance Marketing.
- Proficient in Meta Ads, GMV Max (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads), SEM, and SEO.
- Experience in retail or F&B is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital performance metrics: ROAS, GMV, CAC, CTR, CVR, CPC, AOV.
- Skilled in managing and optimizing advertising budgets.
- Experienced in data-driven reporting using Google Analytics and Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of PDP optimization and marketplace SEO.
- Analytical, fast-paced, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
