- In charge of all factory functions in each area
- Make production plans and tasks, arrange and control the progress of production operations
- Track the production situation, product demand, production process, output value target, and complete the production target on time
- Participate in the action plan and implementation of improving production efficiency and product quality within budget.
- Monitor standard operation methods to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the production site
- Fully control, process and coordinate the personnel management of the production, warehouse and distribution department
- Responsible to cover all factories for production expansion"
Kompetensi
- Bachelor's Degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience at managerial level in food manufacturing industry with a proven track record of successful production optimization
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Have a knowledge of Total Quality Management, Total Productive Maintenance, 5S and Kaizen
- Have certified of Green Belt is an added value
- Understand the concept of project management
