- Develop and implement the annual Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives and HC roadmap.
- Conduct organization-wide training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development priorities for manufacturing, retail, and support functions.
- Lead implementation of digital learning solutions and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for tracking and evaluation.
- Coordinate and supervise the rollout of training programs across manufacturing plants and retail stores.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and industry-specific training requirements (e.g., food safety, hygiene, and operational excellence standards).
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as post-training evaluations, performance improvement, and ROI analysis.
- Lead and coach the L&D team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Partner with HC Business Partners and business leaders to support talent management, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
- Promote a learning culture throughout the organization by encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning initiatives.
- Design and implement structured engagement initiatives and culture development programs to enhance employee experience and organizational alignment.
Kompetensi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education, or Business Administration or a related field
- Min. 7–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management.
- Proven track record in managing L&D programs in manufacturing, retail environments, banking
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to design and manage training budgets, vendor relationships, and end-to-end program implementation.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site business environment.
