- Plan and implement CRM activities to include implement RFM strategies within the company to retain existing customers, enhance brand loyalty, and expand the brand’s value.
- Ensure the customer database is accurately segmented to effectively target marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the IT team to define capabilities and drive the implementation of the necessary CRM infrastructure.
- Oversee the governance of CRM data, including data standards, data auditing, data structure, user access rights, and reporting.
- Strategically plan, execute, and assess the performance of CRM program strategies.
- Take responsibility for executing customer retention campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of CRM campaigns to ensure target achievement and optimize the customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure message and approach consistency in CRM campaigns.
- Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.
- Analyze market reports to identify marketing trends that the business should follow.
- Generate regular reports on CRM performance, including metrics on customer satisfaction, customer retention, and sales growth.
Kompetensi
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- At least has 5 years of work experience in CRM or a related position.
- Strong knowledge of CRM strategy concepts, customer data analysis, and CRM software utilization.
- Excellent analytical skills and understanding of CRM performance measurement.
- Knowledge of best practices within the CRM industry.
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of CRM performance metrics.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with customers.
