- Build & maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with key clients or B2B customer
- Understand the customer’s business, goals, and requirement to provide tailored solutions
- Develop & execute account plans to grow sales revenue and ensure customer retention
- Identify new business opportunities within existing account and penetration to another channel
- Plan and execute effective promotional campaign and activation to drive sales in selected channel or account
- Collaborating with Trade Marketing, Sales Team, and Product Team to address and resolve customer feedback
- Prepare regular reports on account status (Lead Management) and sales performance
Kompetensi
- Min 2 years B2B Experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of FMCG/Retail Management
