Infrastructure & Cloud

• Lead and manage all infrastructure operations across on-premises and cloud environments (e.g., Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with company growth and digital transformation goals.

• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of servers, storage, and networks.

• Oversee cloud architecture design, migration projects, and cost optimization.

• Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and managed service providers.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices across all systems.

• Monitor and respond to security incidents, performing regular risk assessments and vulnerability reviews.

• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, PDPA, or local equivalents).

• Coordinate security awareness training and periodic audits.

Business Solutions (Applications)

• Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of business applications (ERP, HRIS, POS, CRM, etc.).

• Work with business stakeholders to document workflow requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

• Evaluate and select application vendors or development partners.

• Ensure integration across systems to streamline business processes and data flow.

• Lead system testing, UAT, and deployment for new applications and enhancements.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage and mentor teams across Infrastructure and Business Solutions divisions.

• Collaborate closely with other IT divisions (Data & Pipeline, AI Solutions) to ensure system interoperability and shared objectives.

• Prepare and manage budgets for infrastructure and applications.

• Report performance metrics, project progress, and risk assessments to the Head of IT.

Kompetensi

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead role.

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and enterprise applications in a mid-to-large organization.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (preferably Alibaba Cloud, AWS, or Azure).

• Experience in network architecture, virtualization, storage management, and disaster recovery.

• Solid background in cybersecurity frameworks, including firewalls, IAM, endpoint protection, and compliance standards.

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Acumatica, Odoo, or similar), workflow automation, and API integrations.

• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern system monitoring tools is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technology roadmaps.

• High level of accountability and problem-solving ability.
