Tugas dan tanggung jawab
  1. Provide financial leadership and support in business planning and decision-making.
  2. Participate in the development and execution of the BU’s strategic plans and KPIs.
  3. Advise BU leadership on financial implications of business activities and strategic initiatives.
  4. Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
  5. Ensure alignment with group-level FP&A guidelines and timelines.
  6. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing and financial statements.
  7. Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.
  8. Coordinate with group finance for consolidation and group reporting submissions.
  9. Monitor operational performance metrics (e.g., gross margin, working capital, OPEX).
  10. Partner with operations, commercial, and supply chain teams to drive financial efficiency.
  11. Oversee capital expenditure planning and ROI analysis.
  12. Ensure adherence to internal control procedures, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  13. Coordinate internal and external audits, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  14. Ensure tax compliance in collaboration with group tax or external consultants.
  15. Lead and develop the BU finance team to deliver high-quality service.
  16. Promote continuous improvement and financial discipline across the organization.
  17. Ensure clear communication and alignment between BU and Group Finance.

Kompetensi
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 
  2. Has at least Min. 12 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  3. Experience in a business unit or division within a group/holding structure is strongly preferred.
  4. Industry-specific knowledge (manufacturing, retail and distribution) is advantageous.
  5. Strong financial acumen and business partnering skills.
  6. Solid understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and operational finance.
  7. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel.
