Tugas dan tanggung jawab
  • Develop and execute category management strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product development, supply chain) to align category strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the lifecycle of category products, including new product introductions, packaging updates, and product discontinuations.
  • Analyze sales data and consumer feedback to inform category development decisions.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key accounts and channel partners to ensure effective category representation.
  • Create and implement promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies to support category growth.
  • Monitor and report on category performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that may impact category strategies.
Kompetensi
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in category management, market analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing product categories.
  • Strong knowledge of category management principles, market analysis, and brand development.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in marketing software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel occasionally to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.
