- Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety standards.
- Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits of production processes, raw materials, and finished products.
- Schedule and oversee QC team activities, including inspections, testing, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality checks, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
- Supervise, train, and mentor quality control technicians to enhance team performance.
Kompetensi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of quality control experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and testing methods.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and quality-related software.
