Implement national & regional channel programs at the field level
Ensure all campaigns, promotions, and product launches (NPD) are executed consistently across all relevant
channels such as Store, Mitra, Reseller, and others
Monitor execution in Stores or Partner (Mitra) to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and execution standards
basis to Trade Brief deployment from Channel & Category team
Conduct audits and field visits to assess execution quality
Work with sales to provide tools & materials that improve channel performance
Track KPIs and provide feedback to headquarters on field execution
Analyze program performance & provide actionable insights for improvement
Collaborate with CCD team, Marketing, Digital, and Sales Ops to align on execution plan & strategy
Kompetensi
Job Requirements:
1. S1 Bachelor Degree
2. 5 Years in channel management, sales execution, or
trade marketing.
3. Experience in managing official store, Strategic Kemitraan/Franchise, dan multiple channel is additional values
4. Technical Competency
Channel strategy and field execution
Data & Analysis for Sales Trend etc.
Microsoft Office (Excel dan PowerPoint), SFA tools is additional
