1. Develop and implement a strategic channel plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the
OJOL platform such as GoFood, GrabFood, Shopee Food & Grab Mart.
2. Responsible for inputting/updating menus, prices, product descriptions, and promotions on the OJOL platform.
3. Coordinate with operational team to ensure smooth processing and delivery of orders.
4. Analyze online sales data for performance evaluation and planning of next sales strategy.
5. Lead and manage customer service team (telemarketing/inbound-outbound via WhatsApp channel)
6. Monitor CS team performance through KPI (response time, satisfaction rate, resolution rate).
7. Develop SOPs, communication scripts, and customer service standards
8. Work closely with related parties e.g.; Logistic, Product , & Marketing in handle and resolve complex or sensitive
customer complaints
