Tugas dan tanggung jawab
  • Develop and implement a strategic frontliner development program to achieve sales targets.
  • Responsible for guiding, coaching, and monitoring the performance of the frontliners.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute Frontliner Development Program.
  • Monitor frontliner performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, including insights.
  • Create in store strategy related to frontliner performance and activity to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay Up to date with sales in store activities to inform frontliner development strategy.
Kompetensi
  • Proven experience in channel sales within the FMCG, retail & other related industry.
  • Strong understanding of frontliner development strategies and best practices in the consumer goods sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
