- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
- Create and implement account-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize client satisfaction
- Monitor account performance metrics, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients
- Prepare and present regular reports to management on account performance and growth opportunities
- Work closely with product development teams to communicate client feedback and drive innovation
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Kompetensi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in key account management or sales within the food manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
