- Develop sales revenue for the channel partnership.
- Recruit new Mitra Bolu Malang Singosari across Greater Malang, Blitar, and Tulungagung.
- Enhance the business processes for existing partners of Bolu Malang Singosari.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales partnerships.
- Represent Bolu Malang Singosari as a trusted brand for both partners and end users.
Kompetensi
- Proficient in effective communication at all levels within the organization.
- Familiar with basic sales call procedures.
- Ability to read and analyze sales data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Demonstrates a positive attitude in a work environment.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes throughout East Java.
- Residing in Malang; preference will be given to Malang natives.
