- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and generate innovative food and to ensure that product concepts align with technical feasibility, marketability, and profitability
- Create ideation concept for 1 month development
- Execute product development with recipe development and prototyping in lab scale and present to internal R&D and marketing weekly
- Conduct innovation day every 3 months for new ideas in current category and new categories
- Live demonstrations and culinary expertise at events by serving as a dynamic ambassador, conducting live demonstrations
- Create engaging video content for social media showcasing innovative ways to decorate and consume company's products creatively
- Execute product development with recipe development and prototyping in lab scale and present to internal R&D and marketing weekly
- Align with marketing to create event or social media content or photo shot plan every month, also reporting plan and result to management
Kompetensi
- Proven experience in professional kitchen, focused on developing Bakery and Baked Goods 3 - 5 years
- Culinary related certification is a plus
