Tugas dan tanggung jawab
  1. Develop and implement a strategic partnership sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  2. Identify and prospect potential partners within the food manufacturing industry, including distributors, retailers, and other strategic alliances.
  3. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve business objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to align partnership initiatives with company goals.
  5. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company policies and objectives.
  6. Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, including sales data, market trends, and partner feedback, to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  7. Provide regular reporting on partnership activities, sales forecasts, and progress towards goals to senior management.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative sales strategies.
Kompetensi
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, Partnership Manager, or similar role in the food manufacturing industry.
  3. Strong understanding of partnership sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and contract management.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
