Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Ecommerce & Online Manager to lead our marketplace growth initiatives with strong operational execution and sharp commercial instincts. You will be fully responsible for growing our revenue across key platforms including Internal, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.
This is not a passive or supervisory role—we are looking for a builder: someone who can translate market insights into actionable strategies, lead day-to-day ecommerce operations, and scale digital commerce with precision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies focused on increasing GMV, ROI, AOV, and conversion rates
- Identify market trends, competitor moves, and platform algorithm changes to drive business decisions
- Localize assortment and product strategy based on platform trends, customer behavior, and seasonality
2. End-to-End Store Operations Management
- Own day-to-day management of official stores including listing quality, keyword optimization, pricing, and store layout
- Implement operational SOPs to ensure a frictionless online shopping experience
- Continuously improve store health scores and seller ratings across platforms
3. Campaign Execution & Platform Activation
- Plan and manage mega campaigns (9.9, 11.11, Harbolnas, Ramadan, Payday, etc.)
- Collaborate with Platform Account Managers to secure exclusive campaign slots, vouchers, and homepage exposure
- Drive campaign performance through precise deal structuring and post-campaign analysis
4. Performance Optimization & Analytics
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (CTR, VTR, CVR, ROAS, ROI, Return Rate, Page Views)
- Conduct A/B testing on visuals, price points, and messaging to find optimal conversion drivers
- Translate analytics into strategic action plans and performance reports
5. Affiliate, KOL, and Live Commerce Execution
- Build a scalable affiliate marketing program to drive customer acquisition at a sustainable ROI
- Strategically manage live commerce (TikTok Live, Shopee Live) to consistently generate direct sales
- Develop partnerships with content creators to drive traffic and product engagement
6. Paid Media & Budget Allocation
- Plan, execute and manage platform media budgets and ad placements across channels
- Ensure ROI-focused allocation of digital spend across campaigns and affiliates
- Track campaign results daily and adapt budget to maximize revenue contribution.
Kompetensi
Qualifications- 5–10 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in consumer goods or food retail
- Hands-on experience managing official brand stores on Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Data Analytics
Hard Skills
- Mastery of platform tools (Shopee CMS, Tokopedia POWER, TikTok Seller Center, etc.)
- Highly analytical, proficient in dashboards, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools
- Strong campaign planning capabilities, including exposure to seasonal mega sales and platform promotions
- Experience working with affiliate networks, KOLs, and paid media for performance marketing
Soft Skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution focus
- Excellent communicator and team leader
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities.
