- Perform data cleansing and organization of HC Operations data for the purpose of centralizing and integrating HC Operations data.
- Create dashboards and data visualizations based on project requirements.
- Develop a data integration portal for HC Operations to facilitate monitoring and tracking of daily tasks within HC Operations.
Kompetensi
- Minimum education of a diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management, Psychology, or Statistics.
- Previous experience (internship/work) in data management or data-driven administrative roles.
- Proficient in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel), including basic to intermediate functions (lookup, pivot, IF, etc.).
- Experience creating dashboards using Looker Studio is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
