- Design and manage group-wide performance dashboards and scorecards (financial, operational, marketing, and customer metrics).
- Lead data analytics projects to uncover trends, gaps, and business opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dives and diagnostic analysis on business performance, including outlet productivity, menu mix, and campaign effectiveness.
- Drive internal benchmarking and best-practice knowledge sharing across business units.
- Lead the collection and analysis of market and industry intelligence (including competitor or product benchmarking and trend scanning), including the engagement and management of external research providers.
- Maintain a repository of external data sources, including industry reports, competitor data, market forecasts, consumer insights.
- Build data storytelling capabilities and present findings to senior leadership.
- Oversee development of automated reporting systems that track business performance.
- Support periodic business reviews by delivering performance summaries and key trends.
- Act as the internal expert and single point of contact for enterprise-level performance data and analytics.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, alignment, and consistency across platforms, as well to improve data pipelines, structure and governance.
- Define and maintain metric definitions, business logic, and data governance in collaboration with IT.
- Lead, coach and develop analysts in both technical and business aspects with insight culture.
Kompetensi
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Has at least 5-8 years in business intelligence, analytics, or insights roles (experience at top tier market research firms preferred).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and storytelling skills with track record of turning data into strategic recommendations and actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools Power BI, or equivalent), excel and storytelling with data.
- Understanding of marketing analytics, operational KPIs and commercial metrics.
- Working knowledge of SQL or data querying is an advantage
- Familiarity with data architecture, data governance or master data management is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect data with commercial strategy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
