1. Manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements for the group.
2. Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines are met.
3. Liaise with subsidiary finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting.
4. Oversee intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
5. Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
6. Maintain and implement group-wide accounting policies and procedures.
7. Ensure statutory compliance across jurisdictions in coordination with local finance teams.
8. Coordinate annual group audit processes with external auditors.
9. Maintain and improve internal financial controls and risk mitigation procedures.
10. Work with Internal Audit to address control deficiencies and audit recommendations.
11. Support the CFO and FP&A team in group-level budgeting and forecasting.
12. Provide financial insights and variance analysis across subsidiaries.
13. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals (including consolidation, reporting, and technical accounting staff).
14. Support capacity building across local finance teams to ensure consistent financial practices.
15. Drive improvements in reporting systems 
16. Standardize and automate financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Kompetensi

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
2. Has at least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3–5 years in a group or corporate-level role.
3. Experience in a holding company or multinational environment preferred.
4. Proven experience in financial consolidation and external audit management.
5. Strong knowledge of IFRS/local GAAP and consolidation principles.
6. Proficiency in ERP and financial consolidation systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, HFM).
7. High attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
8. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
