- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in supply chain software and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is beneficial.
