- Oversee the daily operations of the bakery and beverage store, including stock management, cleanliness, customer service, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure products are consistently served with high quality.
- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies for the store, both offline and via social media platforms.
- Create basic marketing content, such as product photos, social media stories, and promotional materials.
- Train and supervise store staff to ensure optimal performance and service standards.
Kompetensi
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Has at least 3 years of experience in retail and F&B store operations as a Store Supervisor or Store Coordinator (experience in bakery F&B is preferred).
- Good understanding of basic promotional activities (both online and offline) with a creative mindset.
- Ability to create simple content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or Canva (considered an advantage).
- Honest, proactive, and highly responsible.
- Willing to learn and grow together with a small but fast-growing business.
