Tugas dan tanggung jawab
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the food manufacturing sector
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
  • Create and implement account-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize client satisfaction
  • Monitor account performance metrics, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management on account performance and growth opportunities
  • Work closely with product development teams to communicate client feedback and drive innovation
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences


Kompetensi
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in key account management or sales within the food manufacturing industry
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
