1. Formulate and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on optimizing cost, quality, and supplier relationships for direct materials and services.
2. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and reliability criteria.
3. Lead the sourcing process for direct materials and services, including RMPM, and supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, and R&D to optimize the supply chain, reduce lead times, and mitigate supply chain risks.
5. Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier consolidation, value engineering, and process improvements.
6. Monitor and analyze market trends, commodity prices, and currency fluctuations to mitigate cost volatility.
7. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in product quality.
8. Implement inventory control measures to improve cash flow and minimize carrying costs.
9. Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks, including supplier financial stability, geopolitical risks, and supply chain disruptions.
10. Monitor and analyze procurement KPIs and metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to management on procurement performance, cost savings, and strategic initiatives.

Kompetensi

1. Proven experience with a minimum of 3 years managerial capacity in direct procurement roles, preferably in a food manufacturing or production environment.
2. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
3. Proficiency in procurement software and systems. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement tools is preferred.
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
5. Ability to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain optimization.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results through collaboration and influence.
