Kompetensi

1. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in HSE management within a manufacturing or industrial environment is necessary.

2. Experience in Health & Safety specific areas like hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation is a must.

3. Experience in Environment specific areas like aspect impact, environmental licensing, and pollution control is a must.

4. Ahli K3 Umum Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan is a must.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with employees at all levels.

6. People-oriented with strong negotiation skills.

7. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills are also important.

8. Understanding with ISO standards like ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 is a necessary.

9. Understanding of sustainability/GHG Emission is a plus

10. Understanding of specific safety procedures related to the manufacturing environment (e.g., scaffolding, working at height, electrical safety, mechanical safety) is a must.
