- Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with overall business goals and sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for brand visibility and product placement within distribution channels, including stores, partner or mitra, and local modern market.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective merchandising and promotion of products in-store.
- Coordinate the design and production of trade marketing materials, including point-of-sale displays, signage, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of trade marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Manage the deployment of commerce resources, including promotional materials, product samples, and demonstration kits.
- Allocate budget for trade marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform trade marketing strategies
Kompetensi
- Have relevant experience minimum 3 years in the similar position (experience in Trade Marketing will be preferred)
- Excellent understanding in the business process of consumer goods/OTC (Sales & Marketing)
- Have an interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Able to coordinate and collaborate across functions within the organization.
- Proficient in data analysis to develop channel strategies and enhance productivity.
- Able to analyze market trends, understand consumer behavior, and translate insights into actionable trade marketing strategies.
- Able to think critically and creatively
