  1. Collaborate with commercial leadership to understand business needs and develop aligned HR strategies.
  2. Lead HR projects and initiatives that support commercial objectives, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
  3. Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure they align with the commercial sector’s needs, emphasizing speed and efficiency inherent to the FMCG sector.
  4. Implement comprehensive talent management programs that address not only recruitment but also employee retention and career development.
  5. Develop and facilitate relevant training programs that are tailored to the needs of the commercial team, focusing on enhancing skills crucial for the FMCG market dynamics such as sales effectiveness, market analytics, and customer relationship management.
  6. Enhance performance management systems to ensure they are robust and effective, providing clarity and alignment with commercial objectives.
  7. Provide guidance and support to commercial managers on performance evaluation and improvement strategies.
  8. Lead the resolution of complex employee relations issues, maintaining a balance between employee satisfaction and business needs.
  9. Ensure compliance with all legal and corporate standards, reducing risk and promoting ethical practices.
  10. Facilitate and manage change within the organization, preparing employees for transformations that affect the commercial division.
  11. Use data-driven insights to guide change management initiatives, ensuring they are effective and aligned with overall business strategies.
Kompetensi
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or Master’s degree or relevant advanced certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly preferred.
  2. Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a management role preferably within the FMCG industry.
  3. Proven track record of HR partnership with significant impact on business outcomes.
