  1. Check the completeness of the invoice and recap handover of invoices for finance.
  2. Scan contract documents and invoices including make UPAR (Urgent Payment).
  3. Create GRPO and making PAR.
  4. Upload E-filling and revised invoice.
  5. Create an indirect PO and archive documents.
Kompetensi
  1. Ability to perform administrative tasks effectively and meticulously, including filing
  2. Competence in carrying out administrative activities with attention to detail, including document archiving.
  3. Fundamental accounting proficiency for recording transactions in the system.
