- Lead and supervise a team of production workers, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Plan and prioritize production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize production efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments (such as procurement, maintenance, and quality assurance) to ensure smooth production flow.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and conduct inspections to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and waste reduction initiatives
- Provide training and development opportunities to production staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
Kompetensi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for education.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations in food manufacturing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
