- Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
- Analyze sales statistics.
- Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services
- Responsible for achieving sales growth, profit and distribution targets.
- Achieve brand sales and market share goals.
- Assess, propose and implement new sales channel opportunities that are impactful at a local level.
- Maintain and manage strategic partnerships with key partners, and costumers for mutual business continuity to company goals and direction.
Kompetensi
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and running a sales team.
- Experience in FMCG industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational ability to multi-task within a fast pace environment.
