1. Responsible for understanding and managing cost drivers and maintaining control over manufacturing costs.
2. Simulation on Product Profitability for new development and existing products
3. Setup product standard costs , ensuring inventory accuracy, and strategizing with department heads to minimize waste.
4. Review standard costs against actuals to identify process inefficiencies, improvement opportunities
5. Conduct cost analyses, implement cost-cutting measures, and roll out cost-saving programs.
6. Work closely with business managers to review costs, reconcile variances and identify areas for productivity and cost improvement.
7. Conduct cost analyses to identify cost reduction opportunities.
8. Roll out cost-saving programs with clear timelines and assessment goals.
9. Establish and deploy companywide cost accounting policies.
10. Managing period-end and year-end closings, overseeing budgets for Manufacturing & Manufacturing Service Cost Centers, and establishing internal controls.
11. Build a comprehensive detailed analyses and reporting structure for the P&L, particularly the cost of goods manufactured portion.
12. Perform monthly analysis of variances (Labor, PPV, Overhead).
13. Perform comprehensive variance analysis and determine root cause for each significant variance.
14. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual cost accounting reports.

Kompetensi

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance or industrial engineering
2. Minimum 5 years of experience from manufacturing sector
3. Experience in providing analysis of gaps vs Budget, previous Forecast & LY, in promoting good practices to non financial stakeholders.
4. Experience in Project Control and plant expansion project is a plus
5. Experienced in working on ERP
6. Strong MS Excel and good MS office skills. Experience in using ERP integrated system
7. Fast learning capabilities, ability to work in a team, good communications skills.
8. Must be able to travel occasionally to different locations as needed
9.
