- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance traffic and conversion rates.
- Manage advertising campaigns on marketplace platforms.
- Conduct SEO/SEM optimization to improve search rankings and product visibility on e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify development opportunities.
- Prepare monthly reports detailing target achievements and implemented strategies.
- Design promotional programs, discounts, and bundles to drive sales.
- Organize a promotional calendar for special events such as Double Date, PayDay, and other occasions.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to align promotions across various platforms.
- Foster positive relationships with third-party partners.
- Perform administrative tasks to support operational needs.
Kompetensi
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of work experience in E-Commerce, digital marketing, or product management.
- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
- Strong managerial skills to lead a small team and collaborate with various divisions.
- Ability to think creatively in designing promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.
