1. Store Operations Oversight
Conduct regular audits and inspections of stores to ensure adherence to operational
procedures, financial policies, and compliance standards.
Monitor sales performance, expense management, and inventory levels to optimize
profitability.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve store
efficiency.
Ensure adherence to company policies, including cash handling, sales transactions,
and customer service protocols.
Ensure accurate inventory management and proper handling of stock.
2. Warehouse & Inventory Management
Supervise warehouse (RMPM, Spare Part) processes, including receiving, stocking,
and order fulfilment, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Verify proper documentation, stock levels, and inventory control measures.
Conduct stock audits and cycle counts to prevent losses and discrepancies.
Work with supply chain teams to streamline logistics and ensure timely
replenishment.
3. Financial & Compliance Auditing
Identify and investigate discrepancies in store and warehouse transactions.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory
requirements.
Prepare reports and recommendations for management based on findings from
operational and financial audits.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Analyse store and warehouse KPIs (e.g., sales targets, inventory turnover, shrinkage
rates) to assess operational efficiency.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Collaborate with Finance Business Partners, store managers and warehouse
supervisors to implement performance enhancement strategies.
5. Team Coordination & Training
Support and guide store and warehouse teams in compliance with operational
procedures.
Provide training on financial controls, inventory management, and process
optimization.
Work closely with regional leadership to drive operational excellence.
6. Incident & Crisis Management:
Respond to incidents such as theft, safety violations, or emergency situations in
coordination with relevant authorities.
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up actions are taken.
Kompetensi
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in retail operations, warehouse management, auditing,
or financial control.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
Ability to travel frequently across store locations and warehouse facilities.
