- Develop and implement a strategic frontliner development program to achieve sales targets.
- Responsible for guiding, coaching, and monitoring the performance of the frontliners.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute Frontliner Development Program.
- Monitor frontliner performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, including insights.
- Create in store strategy related to frontliner performance and activity to achieve sales targets.
- Stay Up to date with sales in store activities to inform frontliner development strategy.
Kompetensi
- Proven experience in channel sales within the FMCG, retail & other related industry.
- Strong understanding of frontliner development strategies and best practices in the consumer goods sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
